You hold a responsible management position; you have achieved a lot and you are proud of it. Somehow, however, the facade is crumbling, and you feel a certain imbalance. Your professional – and probably also private – situation is unsatisfactory to stressful, energy drainers determine your everyday life, conflicts in your environment increase and you feel that something has to change. But what? Even if you knew, how is that supposed to work?

These are good and the correct introductory questions, but there is much more to it: it is about your purpose, your personal why and what for. From this moment at the latest, when we are looking for our individual drivers, you come across beliefs, feelings firmly anchored in the unconscious, which arose during the development of our personality together with our limbic system. It is important to mentally identify and dissolve these in order to push the inner blockages aside, and thus to create space for permissive sentences.

The years of stress, which you have previously assessed as positive and energizing, are noticeable physically. You sleep poorly, eat irregularly and try to compensate the lack of exercise at the weekend or during the holidays by torturing your body with exaggerated activities. Our body memory stores every stressful situation and shows clear signals – unfortunately often very late.

The need to intervene on the mental (beliefs and other blockages) and physical level in addition to the cognitive level gave me the idea of developing a special RE.SET program with two colleagues.

In a nutshell: My aim is to reach you in the early stage of your exhaustion and thus prevent burnout.
