Leadership- and management topics always fascinated me. 2008, after an intensive coaching education, I left operations in the direction of Leadership Development by taking over the management of the Leadership Academy at Swarovski. But what motivates the client really to act, what drives him? Why does a person think, feel and act the way he or she thinks, feels and acts?
