To question yourself critically means to accept feedback and to be ready to work actively on yourself. I will help you to access your own skills and resources and to use them accordingly.
Implementation
Many ideas arise in coaching that need to be implemented. However, it is about focussing only on a few topics and regularly checking their impact – that’s how you succeed in implementation of your projects.
Outplacement
Sometimes relations can’t continue, and you separate. I will help you to see an opportunity in that change and I will accompany you until you have reached your new goal.
